Breast Cancer Walk

Dave, Cassie, Michael, and I will be walking in the 5K walk on Sunday, Sept. 21 in the hopes of raising money to prevent and/or end this horrible disease. We will walking for our friend Kim who we lost last April, Dave's Aunt Mary who also succumbed to this disease, and for my aunt, and my friend Fiona who are survivors and for all women and all people whose lives have been affected by breast cancer.

Please support us in our walk with your thoughts and good wishes on September 21. If you would like to support the Race for the Cure monetarily here is the link:

If your lives have been affected by Breast Cancer, please let me know so we can walk for you also.

I just found out a good friend of mine has cancer. I don't know any details yet, but I'm worried!
Good for you for walking!

Hi Alison
Sorry I can't sponsor you but Sam got to me first she has decided to try and run it!~ it's for such a good cause so I hope you manage to raise a lot of money and you enjoy the walk. If it's anything like the walk I did here a few months back there is always a great atmosphere Chris

My Mom lost her battle with breast cancer a few years back...

She had formed a walking team called "Bossom Buddies" which I still support to this day.

My hat's off to you for doing this.

Good for you! Walking the 5K is on my list of things to accomplish in my life. I've already donated this year. Good luck with your walk.

Good luck with your walk, Alison, it is for a very good cause. My cousin was only 31 when she died of breast cancer and left a three year old and her baby was only nine months old.

Thanks for doing this, Alison! My Aunt Louise is battling breast cancer right now. We are doing all we can to support her right now. Please walk for her, too!
